Refund policy

We will happily refund or exchange a product if it is unopened or unsuitable, and if the expiry date is not less than 3 months from printed date on the package. If a product has been opened, we will refund or exchange this only once a proper skin analysis has been done to determine if there was a reaction, and a reaction report filled out.
